Katy Mixon (born Katy Elizabeth Mixon on March 30, 1981) is an American actress. She is best known for her role as April Buchanon on HBO's Eastbound & Down. Mixon was born in Pensacola, Florida and attended Carnegie Mellon University's School Of Drama in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Currently dating Bobby Deen, star of the Food Network.
