Phillip "Phil" LaMarr (born January 24, 1967) is an American actor, voice actor and comedian as well as one of the original cast members on the sketch comedy series Mad TV. He is perhaps best known for his small, yet memorable role in Pulp Fiction as Marvin, as well as the voice of the titular character in Samurai Jack, Hermes Conrad in Futurama and is also a recurring voice actor on Family Guy, with notable roles including news weatherman Ollie Williams and Judge Dignified Q. Blackman.
