- Defecacci gets his name from "defecate", which makes sense as he is a chamber pot meant for pooping into.
- Disney's 2017 live-action remake almost added a living toilet, but he ended up appearing only in the deleted scenes.
Goofs / Nitpicks:
- Clay can be seen underneath Lumiere and Defeccaci.
- During the time period in which Defeccaci and Lumiere are talking, the characters in the back don't move at all.
- While Belle was pooping into Defeccaci, her dress was not around the pot, but rather, the back of the dress was covering the hole, meaning her poop would ruin the dress, instead of entering the pot.
- Chip is much bigger than how it is in the film: here is shown to be as big as Mrs. Potts while in the film is much smaller than her.
